Serverpod is a cutting-edge app server for Flutter, founded by a former Google engineer with startup experience and a background on the Flutter team in Silicon Valley.

We’re seeking a hands-on growth leader to help Serverpod scale its open-source and commercial offerings. You’ll own user acquisition, activation, and retention across both our open-source framework and hosted cloud service. You combine data-driven experimentation with a deep understanding of developer audiences.

This position is primarily on-site in our Stockholm office, but we can make exceptions for extraordinary candidates.

You will:

• Package and position Serverpod’s offering for different user segments.
• Define pricing and monetization strategies for our hosted service.
• Drive awareness, traffic, and conversion through community, content, and SEO.
• Run growth experiments to improve activation and retention.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to drive product-led growth.

We think that you:

• Have experience driving growth in open source, devtools, or PLG SaaS.
• Have a strong understanding of developer audiences and communities.
• Are comfortable operating across strategy and execution.

Bonus if you also:

• Have a degree in computer science or similar.
• Have experience in the developer tools space or with Flutter/Dart.
